Eugene City Council Accepts WEC Recommendations
The Eugene City Council voted unanimously to accept the recommendations of the West Eugene Collaborative (WEC) at a meeting March 28, 2009. The Council directed the City Manager to schedule one or more work sessions to look at implementing the recommendations. The WEC final report offers short, medium and long term recommendations for addressing transportation, land use and environmental problems in and around west Eugene.
